Deepcool Z3 is an affordable silver thermal paste for the contact between processor and cooler. The syringe holds 1.5 grams — enough for one application.

Description

  • 1.5 g volume, works with both Intel and AMD processors.
  • Non-conductive, so an accidental smear on the board does no harm.
  • Suitable both for fitting a new cooler and replacing dried-out paste.
