Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases at the istore.ee online store, operated by E-Interactive OÜ (reg. 12702552).

Ordering and payment

To place an order, select products, add them to the cart and check out. Prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. You can pay by bank link, card or Apple Pay (payments are processed by EveryPay).

Warranty

We sell only new products sourced from official distributors. Every product carries the manufacturer's official warranty. In addition, consumers may submit claims within 2 years of receiving the product (Estonian Law of Obligations Act).

Delivery

Delivery is carried out according to the delivery terms. Time depends on stock and the chosen method.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. See the returns page for details.
