• Load size. Match your washing machine or go slightly larger: an 8 kg washer pairs with an 8–9 kg dryer.
• Technology. Heat-pump dryers use far less electricity and dry at lower temperatures, so clothes last longer.
• Energy class. A dryer is one of the hungriest appliances in the home — the gap between A+++ and B adds up over a year.
• Steam. Smooths creases and refreshes clothes without a full wash.
• Installation. A stacking kit lets you put the dryer on top of the washer — measure the space first.
