Delivery methods

Delivery time

In-stock products are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

Large items

Items that don't fit a parcel locker (fridges, washing machines, TVs, etc.) are delivered by courier to the building entrance. In Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Jõhvi the courier carries most large items to your apartment door at no extra cost (over 50 kg — if the passage allows). Elsewhere you can order delivery into your home for a surcharge; it takes 1–2 working days longer and we'll email you the exact time. If carrying in turns out to be impossible, we refund the surcharge.
