How to choose a milk frother
- Hot and cold foam. Cold foam is for iced lattes, hot for cappuccino and latte macchiato.
- Capacity. 0.25–0.35 L equals two cups at once.
- Cleaning. A non-stick jug wipes clean; some models are dishwasher safe.
- Whisk. A swappable whisk separates frothing from plain heating.
