How to choose Hi-Fi speakers
A stereo pair is the most honest way to listen to music: two speakers, left and right channel, no subwoofer and no extra boxes. Our selection is compact — active 2.0 pairs that sit on a shelf, a desk or beside the TV and need no separate amplifier.
- Active or passive. An active speaker has the amplifier built in: connect power and a source and it works. A passive pair needs a separate amplifier or receiver. Every pair in our range is active.
- Power (RMS). A shelf speaker needs 5–10 W RMS per channel to fill a bedroom or office; a bigger number gives headroom, not necessarily better sound. Use the RMS filter on the left.
- Connection. A 3.5 mm input suits a computer, TV and phone, USB supplies power or audio, Bluetooth lets you play from a phone without a cable — the filter shows which models have it.
- Placement. The stereo image appears when the speakers are equidistant from you and at ear height. Space them 1–2 m apart and keep them off the wall — the bass stays cleaner.
- Looks. A wooden cabinet looks better in a living room, RGB-lit models suit a gaming or teenager's room. Lighting does not affect sound quality.
Hi-Fi speakers in our range
The selection is compact and consists of active 2.0 stereo pairs. The classic-looking ones are the Logitech Z207 in black and white and the Trust Tytan 2.0. RGB-lit pairs — Trust GXT 609 Zoxa, GXT 606 Javv, Arys and Gemi — are made for a computer desk and gaming corner. If you need subwoofer bass or a 5.1 set, see computer speakers; we do not currently stock floor-standing or passive pairs.
Brands
Logitech Z207 is a desk speaker with balanced sound that suits both music and films and comes in two colours. Trust covers the rest of the shelf: Tytan 2.0 is the top of the Trust line-up, Arys and Gemi are compact and affordable, and the GXT series brings RGB lighting to a gaming desk. Trust's advantage is price — these pairs are the affordable end of the range.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an amplifier? No — every pair in our range is active, with the amplifier inside the speaker. Power and a source are all it takes.
What is the difference between 2.0 and 2.1? 2.0 is two speakers, 2.1 adds a separate subwoofer. A stereo pair gives more precise sound and takes less space; 2.1 gives more bass.
Will they work beside a TV? Yes, if the TV has a 3.5 mm output or Bluetooth. For a TV with only an optical output, a soundbar is the simpler answer.
How are the speakers delivered? A stereo pair fits a parcel locker — Omniva, DPD or Venipak deliver it in 1–2 working days.
