Asus Zenbook Duo UX8407AA-SN066W laptop 14" OLED 144 Hz Core Ultra X9 32/2 TB

The 14-inch OLED panel at 2880 × 1800 refreshes the image up to 144 times per second. Compared with a standard 60 Hz screen, scrolling through long documents and web pages and moving the cursor feel noticeably smoother. The aspect ratio is 16:10, brightness is 500 cd/m², and an anti-reflective coating cuts reflections from lamps and windows. Each OLED pixel lights itself, so blacks are deep and colours vivid.

The screen is touch-enabled, and the manufacturer lists a stylus with a wireless charger (ASUS Pen SA205H-MPP2.6 support) plus a sleeve in the box. MPP 2.6 is the Microsoft Pen Protocol with pressure sensitivity. In a meeting you can write notes by hand, add comments to contracts and PDFs, and draw quick sketches without carrying paper.

The Intel Core Ultra X9 378H is a 16-core processor with a 2.1 GHz base clock and boost up to 5.1 GHz. Integrated Intel Arc Graphics copes with photo editing, simpler video editing and lighter games. 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory keeps many applications and browser tabs open at once, and the 2 TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD holds large projects and media libraries.

Compared with the Home edition, Windows 11 Pro adds BitLocker drive encryption, Remote Desktop and domain join, so a company IT department can manage the laptop like other work computers. The FHD camera with IR supports Windows Hello: you sign in just by looking at the screen, without typing a password. The keyboard is backlit with a US International layout.

The four-cell battery holds 99 Wh, which is large for a 14-inch laptop. At the same time it stays under the 100 Wh limit that applies to batteries carried on flights, so you can fly with it without worry. The manufacturer gives neither a runtime in hours nor charger details for this configuration; battery life depends on brightness, refresh rate and workload.

An external monitor or projector connects over HDMI, and wireless is Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4, both backwards compatible with older routers and accessories. The chassis colour is Moher Gray and the laptop weighs 1.65 kg. The sleeve helps protect it in a bag when the day takes you from the office to a client or the airport.

Managers and consultants who need Windows 11 Pro management, a big battery and pen notes; designers and photographers for whom a 144 Hz OLED screen and a 2 TB drive matter; students and researchers who annotate a lot of PDFs; and anyone looking for a 14-inch laptop with plenty of memory and storage.
