No. The keys carry a US layout and Õ, Ä, Ö, Ü are not printed on them. You can type Estonian letters by adding the Estonian keyboard layout in Windows, macOS or Android.
The keyboard has two connection modes: the 2.4 GHz nano receiver and Bluetooth 5.1. The manufacturer does not specify how many Bluetooth devices it remembers at once.
