Description

A display that stays readable in bright rooms

The 14.5-inch IPS panel runs at 1920 × 1200 with a 16:10 aspect ratio, giving drawings and toolbars more height than a 16:9 screen. 400 cd/m² of brightness and an anti-glare finish keep the picture clear by a window or in a site office cabin. The screen has no touch layer; this is a classic clamshell laptop.

16 cores and 32 GB for serious work

The Intel Core Ultra 7 366H is an H-series processor with 16 cores and boost up to 4.8 GHz. The high core count pays off in rendering, compiling and simulations, where work is split across many threads. The 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory at 7467 MHz sits in an LPCAMM2 module, and the 1 TB SSD holds both the system and larger projects.

Discrete graphics with 8 GB of video memory

The NVIDIA RTX PRO 1000 Blackwell is a workstation graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory. It accelerates CAD and BIM programs, 3D modelling, rendering and video editing. With its own video memory, large models and textures do not have to share space with system RAM, which keeps the 32 GB of main memory free for other applications.

5G-ready for connections beyond Wi-Fi

The laptop is listed as WWAN Upgradable to 5G, meaning it is prepared for a mobile broadband module. This configuration has no modem, but one can be added if you need to work over a SIM card on site or while travelling. Until then, you have Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4, plus an Ethernet RJ-45 jack for wired networks.

Ports and a battery for a long day

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports support DisplayPort 2.1 and USB PD 3.1 power: the 75 Wh battery charges with up to 140 W input, and the ports deliver up to 15 W to accessories. You also get HDMI, two USB-A ports (5 Gbit/s, one Always On), a 3.5 mm headset jack and a Kensington Nano security slot. The manufacturer does not give a runtime in hours.

Security and keyboard

The fingerprint reader built into the power button works on a Match-on-Chip basis, and the 5 MP IR camera supports Windows Hello face sign-in and HDR. Computer Vision human presence detection notices whether you are at the screen, and a privacy shutter physically covers the lens. The backlit Nordic keyboard has dedicated Å, Ä and Ö keys.

Who this workstation is for

Civil engineers, surveyors and designers who open CAD drawings on site and want 5G later; 3D designers for whom 16 cores and 8 GB of video memory speed up rendering; consultants who need wired networking without an adapter; and anyone who prefers a Nordic keyboard and a compact 14.5-inch chassis.

Questions & answers

Which keyboard layout does it have?

The keyboard has a Nordic layout with Å, Ä and Ö printed on the keys. Estonian Õ and Ü are typed via the Estonian layout in Windows; Cyrillic is not printed.

Is a 5G modem included?

No. WWAN Upgradable to 5G means the laptop is prepared for the module, but this configuration ships without the modem. It can be fitted later.

How many external monitors can I connect?

Both Thunderbolt 4 ports carry DisplayPort 2.1 and there is HDMI as well, so several monitors can be connected without a dock. The manufacturer does not specify the exact maximum.

Is the memory soldered?

No. The 32 GB of LPDDR5X sits in an LPCAMM2 module that can be swapped for a larger one. The maximum supported capacity is listed in the Lenovo hardware maintenance manual.
