The 14-inch WUXGA panel has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio. Compared with a standard Full HD widescreen, you get more rows of a spreadsheet, more lines of a document and more of a web page on screen without scrolling. The 14-inch size is a sensible middle ground between portability and a workspace large enough for comfortable all-day use.
The AMD Ryzen 5 216 processor, paired with 16GB of memory, handles the typical business workload: email, office documents, browsing with plenty of tabs open, video calls and cloud applications running side by side. The 16GB of RAM gives you headroom to switch between programs without slowdowns, which matters when your workday involves several tools at once.
The 512GB SSD offers enough room for the operating system, work applications and a large library of documents and media, and solid-state storage keeps start-up and file loading fast. Integrated AMD Radeon 740M graphics drive the display smoothly and handle video playback, presentations and light photo editing without needing a separate graphics card.
The laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro installed. The Pro edition adds tools that companies and IT departments rely on, including BitLocker drive encryption, domain and Azure AD joining, and group policy management. That makes the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 easy to bring into an existing corporate network and to manage alongside other company devices.
The keyboard uses the Nordic layout, which includes the letters Estonian users need, such as Õ, Ä, Ö and Ü, so you can type in Estonian without workarounds. Backlighting makes it easy to work in dim meeting rooms or on evening flights. The built-in fingerprint reader lets you sign in to Windows quickly and securely without typing a password every time.
At 1.40 kg, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 fits easily in a work bag for commuting, client visits and business trips. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery. Lenovo does not list the battery capacity or the rated battery life for this configuration, so check the manufacturer's documentation if runtime away from a socket is a key requirement for you.
This configuration is aimed at professionals, small businesses and corporate fleets that need a dependable 14-inch work laptop with Windows 11 Pro, a comfortable local keyboard layout and biometric login. It also suits students and remote workers who mainly work with office software, browsers and video conferencing and want a machine that is easy to carry.
