Description

200 Hz for an edge in fast games

A 200 Hz refresh rate means up to 200 frames per second: opponents move more smoothly on screen and aiming is more precise than on a slower monitor. The 1 ms (GtG) response time keeps fast motion sharp, without blur or trails. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility synchronise the screen with the graphics card, so the picture neither tears nor stutters when the frame rate fluctuates. The IPS panel and 99% sRGB keep colours natural outside games too.

Who this gaming monitor is for

The 25G523B-B suits competitive players who care about speed and sit fairly close to the screen. A 24.4-inch diagonal keeps the whole playing field within a single glance, and Full HD allows high frame rates even with a mid-range graphics card. Two HDMI ports and DisplayPort let you keep a PC and a games console connected at the same time, and a DisplayPort cable is included.

Questions & answers

Can it be mounted on a VESA arm?

Yes, the monitor has a VESA 100 × 100 mount. Without the stand it weighs 2.4 kg, so a standard monitor arm will do.

Can I connect a PC and a console at the same time?

Yes, there are 2 × HDMI and 1 × DisplayPort 1.4, so several devices can stay connected while you switch inputs. The manufacturer does not specify the refresh rate a console gets over HDMI.

Does it have speakers and height adjustment?

No, there are no built-in speakers and no height adjustment; the stand tilts. A headphone output is available for sound.
