Yes, if the laptop has an M.2 2280 slot with NVMe PCIe support. The drive is only 2.38 mm thick, so it fits slim machines too.
PCIe 4.0 NVMe drives usually work in a PCIe 3.0 slot as well, but the slot interface then limits speed, and 7150 MB/s reads will not be reached.
