On an OLED screen every pixel emits its own light and there is no backlight. When a pixel switches off it is completely black, so night scenes, space and dark interfaces look deep instead of glowing grey. The manufacturer lists a brightness of 250 cd/m², which works well for gaming and films in a room with normal or dimmed lighting.

240 Hz means the image refreshes four times as often as on a standard 60 Hz monitor. In competitive games, opponents move more smoothly and aiming feels more precise. The 0.03 ms response time is where OLED shines: pixels change colour almost instantly, so fast objects leave no blur trail behind them. To use the full refresh rate, your graphics card has to deliver enough frames.

3840 × 2160 pixels on a 32-inch screen give crisp text and fine detail. In games, landscapes and textures look clear; at work, plenty of windows fit on screen; and when editing photos or video you see more detail. The 16:9 format is the standard for films, games consoles and most games, so there are no black bars at the edges.

The manufacturer lists HDMI, DisplayPort and USB connections. A gaming PC usually connects over DisplayPort and a console over HDMI, so both can stay plugged in at the same time. The number and versions of the ports, and which port delivers 240 Hz, are not stated in the manufacturer data.
