The Dahua CS4218-16ET-240 is a managed network switch with sixteen 100 Mbit/s PoE ports and a 240 W total PoE budget. Two extra ports and two SFP slots link it to a recorder, router or fibre line, and the housing fits a 19″ rack.

Description

240 W for sixteen cameras

Up to 30 W per port means every port can drive an 802.3at device, and the 240 W total covers all sixteen ports with average cameras. PoE Watchdog restarts a port when a camera drops off, and in long-distance mode power reaches up to 250 m at 10 Mbit/s. DoLynk Care shows the network topology and sends error notifications.

Who this network switch is for

A hotel, warehouse, shopping centre or office with up to 16 PoE cameras and a server cabinet for the switch. The SFP slots let you connect a distant building over fibre. The metal housing operates from –10 to 55 °C.
