The two uplink ports are combo type: either an RJ-45 cable or an SFP module works, at up to 1 Gbit/s. That way the switch links to the recorder over copper and to a distant building over fibre. PoE Watchdog restarts the port of a frozen camera, loop protection stops broadcast storms, and DoLynk Care shows the topology and sends notifications.
A warehouse, production building, car park or hotel with up to 24 PoE cameras and a server cabinet for the switch. Camera video streams fit comfortably into 100 Mbit/s ports. The metal housing operates from –10 to 55 °C.
