VA panels are known for high contrast: 3000:1 means dark areas stay black even in a dim room. The 100 Hz refresh rate makes cursor movement and document scrolling feel softer on the eyes. A 10 ms response time is fine for office work, browsing and video, though fast competitive games call for a quicker gaming monitor. The slim 3.3 mm bezel at the top and sides keeps attention on the picture.
The LM22-A200Y suits offices, classrooms, reception desks and home computers that need a compact, economical screen, with a typical power draw of 16 W. HDMI 1.4 connects a modern computer and VGA an older one. The stand is detachable and the VESA 75 × 75 mount lets you hang the monitor on a wall or arm. The manufacturer quotes a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 30,000 hours.

No, this model has no built-in speakers and no headphone output. Connect speakers or headphones directly to the computer.
No, there is no height adjustment. The screen tilts from −5° to 15°, and a VESA arm can be used to change the height.
For relaxed games, yes, since 100 Hz is smoother than a typical office screen. The 10 ms response time and no FreeSync in the manufacturer data mean that dedicated gaming monitors are a better fit for fast titles.
