Description

Two useful modes without a web interface

Aggregation mode combines the uplink ports so the link towards the router or recorder does not become a bottleneck. Isolation mode separates all ports from each other, so connected devices cannot see one another. Jumbo frames up to 12,000 bytes speed up large file transfers. The all-metal housing cools without a fan and operates at 0–40 °C.

Who this network switch is for

Small offices that need to connect up to 16 computers, printers and NAS units into one wired network, and surveillance setups where cameras are powered separately and the switch only carries data. Rack mounting means it also fits a network cabinet.

No, the S3016-16GT has no PoE. PoE cameras and access points will need their own power adapter or a PoE switch.
