One cable instead of a charger and a network lead
The USB-C port supplies up to 90 W to a connected laptop, so the charger can stay in your bag at the office. The monitor also has an Ethernet RJ-45 jack: if a slim laptop lacks its own network port, wired internet comes through the monitor. If the laptop supports video output over USB-C, a single cable is all you plug in at the desk, and picture, power and network arrive together.
