Description

An OLED display that shows photos as they should look

The 15.3-inch OLED panel at 2560 × 1600 (2.5K WQXGA) has a 16:10 aspect ratio, so timelines, tool palettes and documents get more height than on a 16:9 screen. In an OLED every pixel emits its own light: black is truly black and contrast does not depend on a backlight, which you notice at once in photos and video. The 2.5K resolution keeps text crisp and leaves room for fine detail. There is no touch layer; this is a classic clamshell laptop.

A processor and graphics card for creative work

The Intel Core Ultra 7 356H is a 16-core H-series processor with boost up to 4.7 GHz. The H marks Intel's higher-power mobile chips, built for sustained load such as rendering, compiling code and processing large photo libraries. Alongside it is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory, which speeds up video export, 3D applications and AI-based tools, and lets you play games as well.

Memory and storage for large files

32 GB of LPDDR5X memory at 8533 MHz lets several heavy programs stay open at once — a photo editor, a browser with dozens of tabs and a video call, for example. The memory is soldered to the board, so it cannot be upgraded later: 32 GB is the capacity for the machine's whole life. The 1 TB SSD holds the system, your applications and a good amount of project material.

Ports that spare you the adapter hunt

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports carry DisplayPort 2.1 and accept 65–100 W of power. Next to them are HDMI, two 10 Gbit/s USB-A ports — one of them Always On, so it charges your phone even with the lid closed — a 3.5 mm headset jack and a UHS-II SD card reader, so photographers can put the card straight into the laptop. Wireless is Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4.

Battery and charger for a long day

An 84 Wh battery is large for a 15-inch laptop. It comes with a 140 W USB-C Slim charger, which is what the machine needs when the processor and graphics card run flat out. The Thunderbolt 4 ports accept 65–100 W, so a smaller USB-C charger will do on a trip, while under heavy load the 140 W unit is the safer option.

Camera and keyboard for everyday work

The 5 MP webcam with an IR sensor supports Windows Hello face sign-in, and an electronic shutter switches the camera off when you do not need it. There is no fingerprint reader on this model, so you sign in with your face or a PIN. The keyboard is backlit with an English (ENG) layout, and the chassis comes in Luna Grey. Windows 11 Pro supports BitLocker encryption and joining a company domain.

Who this laptop is for

Photographers and videographers who want an OLED screen, an SD card reader and a discrete graphics card in a 1.69 kg body; designers and developers who will not feel cramped with 32 GB of memory and 16 cores; students learning video editing or 3D modelling; and anyone after a big-screen laptop that can also handle games after work.

Questions & answers

Which keyboard layout does it have?

The keyboard has an English (ENG) layout. Other languages are added in Windows settings; Estonian or Russian characters are not printed on the keys.

Can I play games on it?

Yes, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8 GB of GDDR7 is a discrete graphics card. Most games will run, but demanding new releases at the native 2560 × 1600 resolution will probably need lower settings or a lower resolution.

How many external monitors can I connect?

Both Thunderbolt 4 ports output DisplayPort 2.1 and there is HDMI as well, so several monitors can be connected without a dock. The manufacturer does not specify the exact maximum.

Can the memory be upgraded?

No. The LPDDR5X is soldered, so the 32 GB stays as it is. The manufacturer does not specify whether the SSD can be replaced or added to.
