Makera Carvera Air desktop CNC mill, automatic tool change, 300 × 200 × 130 mm

The Makera Carvera Air is an enclosed desktop CNC mill that pairs 0.01 mm precision with smart automation. Tool changes take just 10 seconds (6-tool magazine), while auto-probing and auto-levelling calibrate the tools and workpiece on their own and compensate for uneven material. The 200 W spindle runs at up to 13,000 rpm with closed-loop control, the working area is 300 × 200 × 130 mm and travel speed reaches 4000 mm/min. A die-cast housing, 20 mm linear guides and ball screws keep operation stable and quiet.

Description

The machine cuts aluminium, brass, copper, wood, MDF, plastics and composites (carbon fibre, FR4) and suits double-sided PCB prototyping, parts for robots and drones, and jewellery. An optional 4th axis (harmonic drive, 92 × 200 mm) and a 5 W 445 nm laser module extend its capabilities. Control runs over USB or Wi-Fi from a computer, tablet or phone (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux); Makera CAM and Makera Studio are included, and Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, VCarve Pro and Aspire are supported.
