The Makera Cyclone Dust Collector is a two-stage extraction unit for desktop CNC mills that keeps the workstation clean without interrupting the job. The cyclone separator captures up to 97 % of larger chips before they reach the filters, extending filter life by up to three times. Three-stage filtration, with a pre-filter, a 99.99 % efficient HEPA filter and an activated carbon layer, removes fine dust, fumes and odours. The 200 W motor spinning at up to 40,000 rpm delivers 900 l/min of airflow and 12 kPa of vacuum, and the tank holds 6 l.

Description

Control it manually with a button, remotely through the Makera Controller app over Wi-Fi, or fully automatically via G-code so the collector starts in sync with the mill exactly when needed; smart notifications report its status. Noise stays at or below 70 dB, the compact aluminium-alloy and plastic housing measuring 300 × 218 × 354 mm sits next to the mill, and the cooling system allows hours of continuous operation. It suits wood, metal, plastic and composite machining and doubles as an air purifier during laser engraving.
