The Creality Falcon T1 40W is a 5-in-1 modular laser workstation supplied with a 40 W blue diode laser (445 nm). The higher power is made for fast cutting of thicker stock: according to the manufacturer, the 40 W module cuts linden wood up to 12 mm and opaque acrylic up to 10 mm. Supported materials include wood, acrylic, PU leather, MDF, dark glass, ceramics, coated metals, stainless steel and bamboo, with flat, relief, deep and 3D engraving on curved surfaces. The galvanometer system reaches a linear speed of 10,000 mm/s with processing accuracy of ≤ 0.01 mm.

Description

A module swap takes about 15 seconds without tools; a 20 W diode laser, 20 W fibre laser, 5 W UV and 60 W MOPA module are sold separately. The HD camera recalibrates itself after a module change and shows exactly where the design will land, while focus adjusts automatically. The fully enclosed Class 1 housing blocks 1064, 455 and 355 nm radiation; temperature monitoring, smoke detection and dual flame detection (HD camera + infrared sensor) protect you during work. Falcon Design Space software generates 3D reliefs, applies AI filling and removes backgrounds; LightBurn is also supported.
