The Creality Falcon T1 is a 5-in-1 modular laser workstation supplied with a 5 W UV module at a 355 nm wavelength. Cold processing marks glass, crystal, ceramics, acrylic, plastics and PU leather without burning or cracking, and can even engrave inside crystal (internal area 70 × 70 mm). The laser spot is just 0.014 mm and processing accuracy is ≤ 0.01 mm. A galvanometer system steers the beam with moving mirrors and reaches a linear speed of 10,000 mm/s, which suits short production runs and personalised orders.

Description

Swapping a module takes about 15 seconds without tools; 20 W and 40 W diode lasers, a 20 W fibre laser and a 60 W MOPA module are sold separately. The built-in HD camera recalibrates automatically after a module change and shows where the design will land, while focus adjusts itself. The fully enclosed Class 1 housing blocks 1064, 455 and 355 nm radiation; temperature monitoring, smoke detection and dual flame detection (HD camera + infrared sensor) keep operation safe. Falcon Design Space software offers AI filling, 3D reliefs and internal-engraving tools; LightBurn is also supported.
