The TP-Link LS108G is an unmanaged network switch from the LiteWave series with eight gigabit ports. It adds wired connections for computers, printers and TVs at home or in the office and starts working as soon as the cables are plugged in.

Description

Low consumption, metal shell

According to TP-Link, Green Ethernet adjusts power draw to the link status and cable length, which keeps maximum consumption at just 3.7 W. A metal housing protects the internals, and the small footprint suits a desk or workbench. Auto MDI/MDI-X means there is no need to pick a cable type.

Who this network switch is for

A home, dorm room or small office where the router has too few ports and a desktop PC, printer, TV or webcam should go on a cable. No setup is needed, the switch works right away.

No. The LS108G is unmanaged and works as soon as the cables are connected. It has no VLANs and no web interface.
