The board has an AM5 socket and supports AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 Series processors. Support for a specific model is listed in the ASRock CPU support list.
The board supports BIOS Flashback: the BIOS can be updated from a USB stick even when the processor does not boot yet. That helps when a newer processor needs a newer BIOS.
