The Slim case is noticeably narrower and lower than a classic tower, yet it is still a regular desktop rather than a mini case. The Intel Core i3-14100 is a four-core processor built for exactly the work most offices do every day: email, documents, spreadsheets, a browser with several tabs and video calls. The four cores share the load so that antivirus scans or cloud sync running in the background do not slow down whatever you are doing on screen. If your work is mainly office software and web apps, an i3 gives you all the performance you need.

16 GB of DDR5 memory runs at 4800 MHz and is fitted as a single module (1 × 16 GB). Sixteen gigabytes leaves headroom even with many apps and browser tabs open, so the computer does not slow down for lack of memory. The 512 GB SSD boots the system and launches programs in seconds and holds the operating system, applications and working files; large archives are best kept on a network drive or in the cloud. Unlike a hard disk, an SSD has no moving parts, so it is silent and handles knocks better.

The picture comes from Intel integrated graphics, with no separate graphics card. That is enough for office software, the web, video and video calls, and without a graphics card the computer uses less power and runs cooler. The manufacturer does not specify the number or type of video outputs, so if you plan to connect several monitors, check the connectors beforehand.

The preinstalled Windows 11 Pro is the business edition: it supports joining a domain and Microsoft Entra ID, BitLocker drive encryption and group policies that let the IT department manage computers centrally. For a small company this means the computer can be brought under existing management straight away, and the data on the drive stays encrypted even if the machine ends up in the wrong hands.
