Two 5 MP lenses capture more of the scene than one, and the 4 mm focal length suits watching an area at medium distance. The camera distinguishes a person from a vehicle, so alerts are not triggered by every moving shadow, and smart tracking keeps the subject in frame. The 8× digital zoom enlarges the picture but, unlike optical zoom, does not add new detail.
Owners of a house, a small business or a warehouse who want a camera that tells people and cars apart and lets them speak through it straight away. Colour night vision helps anyone who needs to see the colour of clothing or a car at night, not just a black-and-white silhouette.
