The included 28 V power supply works out of the box. The switch powers standard 802.3af/at devices when a 48–57 V supply, sold separately, is connected to the second DC jack on the back. Current per port is up to 1 A with 18–28 V input and up to 450 mA with 48–57 V input. Operating temperature is −20 to 60 °C, and the housing is white.

Yes, the box contains a 28 V 3.4 A power supply. A 48–57 V supply for the second DC jack has to be bought separately.
Eight ports have PoE out. Current per port is up to 1 A (18–28 V) or 450 mA (48–57 V), with a total limit of 2.8 A at 24 V and 1.4 A at 48–57 V, so the number depends on what your devices draw.
The four SFP cages support fibre uplinks at up to 1 Gbit/s.
