Five gigabit ports for the whole wired network
All five RJ-45 ports run at 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. Typically one port takes the cable from your internet provider and the other four serve a computer, NAS, switch or Wi-Fi access point. Gigabit ports let you use internet plans of up to 1 Gbps and copy files quickly across the local network. For wireless coverage, a separate access point is connected to the router.
