The chassis is just 44 mm tall, one rack unit, 430.5 mm wide and 295.5 mm deep, or 327.5 mm including the handles. Supported protocols include SMB, AFP, NFS, FTP, WebDAV, CalDAV, iSCSI, SSH, SNMP and VPN (PPTP, OpenVPN, L2TP). It handles up to 2048 users and 1024 shared folders, with permissions set through ACLs. License-free backup tools and a surveillance application come with the system.
