The BrainCo Revo 2 Touch is a biomimetic robotic hand designed for integration with Unitree humanoid robots. The design offers 11 degrees of freedom, 6 of them actively driven: the thumb has two active and one passive degree of freedom, while the other fingers mimic the human hand. The Touch version adds a fingertip touch module and Tactile Adaptive Control, making the grasping of objects of different shapes more precise and safer.

Description

Weighing just 383 g, the hand delivers a full-grip force of up to 50 N, a pincer grip force of 15 N and a payload of up to 20 kg. Full flexion or extension takes no more than 0.65 s, with a control repeatability of 0.1°. RS485, CAN FD and EtherCAT interfaces and an SDK for Python and C simplify integration into research and industrial projects. A Turbo function for soft objects, user-defined gestures and OTA updates round off the package.
