UNITREE

Unitree Go2 Air quadruped robot dog, 3D LiDAR, graphical programming

The Unitree Go2 Air is a quadruped robot dog that combines a futuristic design with impressive dynamics, your first step into real robotics at home, in school or in the lab. At the heart of its perception is a panoramic 3D LiDAR that scans the surroundings within a 360° × 90° field of view and builds a three-dimensional map of the space, so the robot glides around obstacles without bumping into walls. Graphical programming in the app (like Scratch) lets anyone teach the robot to shake hands, dance or greet guests.

Description

Twelve aluminium joint motors make the robot a true acrobat: tricks, standing on two legs, jumps, speeds up to 2.5 m/s, steps of around 15 cm and inclines up to 30°. An HD camera and a 3 W LED front light let you stream video to your phone even in the dark. The standard 8000 mAh battery provides 1–2 hours of operation. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, OTA updates.
