The xTool Apparel Printer is a professional garment printer that produces permanent full-colour prints on cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon and leather, including dark fabrics. The dual Epson I1600 print head (3rd generation), one for colour and one for white ink, delivers 720 × 1800 DPI with 3.8 pl droplets; the print width is 356 mm and the speed about 4.65 m²/h. G7 calibration keeps colours consistent from screen to fabric. A 16 MP AI camera calibrates the heads and detects clogged nozzles, while the SmartCycle system keeps white ink circulating and the heads hydrated.

Description

The all-in-one kit adds the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven, which applies adhesive powder and bakes the print automatically (the Print-to-Bake process), and the SafetyPro AP2 air purifier for dust and odour removal. The xTool Creative Space software replaces an external RIP and combines AI design, nesting and machine control on Windows and macOS.
