Description

A wired network without any setup

The ports support 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps, so the switch takes both current gigabit devices and older network cards, with each link settling on the right speed by itself. An unmanaged switch has no web interface and no settings: plug in the cables and the network runs. The small, light housing fits behind a TV, under a desk or on a shelf next to the router.

Home users whose router has run out of ports while a computer, TV and console still need a cable; small offices that have to connect a couple of work PCs and a printer to one network; and anyone who prefers a stable wired link to Wi-Fi and has no wish to configure network gear.
