According to Samsung, the Galaxy S26 FE will receive up to seven operating system version upgrades and up to seven years of security updates, and the specifications list the end of the security update term as 30 September 2033. The phone has stereo speakers and is hearing aid compatible. Connectivity covers 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC, and unlocking uses a fingerprint reader or face recognition.
