3840 × 2160 pixels gives four times the detail of Full HD, so you can zoom into a recording and make out clothing, the colour of a car or other details that matter. The 2.8 mm lens covers a wide view of a yard or driveway. As a Full-Color camera it shows a colour picture at night rather than only black-and-white infrared, while H.265+ compression keeps 4K files small.
Homeowners and small businesses that want the sharpest possible view of a yard, car park or warehouse; installers building a TP-Link VIGI system; and anyone for whom colour, detailed night footage matters.
