The Unitree G1 Edu U1 is the fundamental developer version of the G1 humanoid robot, designed for researchers, developers and educational institutions. The platform is fully open to secondary development: it ships with low-level and high-level SDKs, robot models, APIs, documentation and technical support. For AI tasks it has an expansion dock with 100 TOPS of computing power. Compared with the Basic model, knee torque is raised to 120 N·m and arm payload to 3 kg.

Description

Its kinematics include 23 degrees of freedom: six-axis legs, five-axis arms and a single-axis waist; an optional dexterous hand and 2-DoF wrist can be added. Depth camera, 3D laser scanner, stereo speakers and microphone array; Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Smart OTA. The quick-release smart battery provides about 2 h of operation. Standing 127 × 45 × 20 cm, folded 69 × 45 × 30 cm, weight about 35 kg.
