The manufacturer built the frame so that one base covers several classes of flight: combat aircraft, space sims, commercial and general aviation. Each class needs the controls in a different place, for example a stick between your knees or a yoke in front of you, and the cockpit can be reconfigured to match. Switching genres does not mean looking for another rig.

The cockpit uses a seat designed specifically for flight simulation, and according to the manufacturer it offers a wide range of adjustments to suit different users and classes of flight. The included lumbar support keeps your back supported on long flights, and the four-point harness holds you in the seat the way a real cockpit does.

The box includes an adaptor for mounting a Buttkicker transducer. A Buttkicker is a low-frequency shaker that sends engine rumble, touchdown thumps and turbulence into the seat and frame, so you feel the flight through your back instead of only seeing it on screen. The transducer itself is not included; the adaptor simply makes fitting one straightforward.

The cockpit weighs 49.5 kg and has a maximum load of 150 kg. According to the manufacturer it works with yokes, joysticks, rudders and throttles from all major brands. With the devices bolted to the frame rather than clamped to a desk edge, they do not shift when you pull hard, and your seating position stays the same on every flight.

It suits flight sim enthusiasts who already own a yoke, a joystick or a stick and throttle set and want to move them off the desk into a permanent cockpit. With several configurations it works for pilots who fly both combat and commercial aircraft. Flight controls, PC and monitor are not included.
