Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO: three names, one maker

All three are Xiaomi phones, just from different series. Phones named simply Xiaomi (the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, 14T or 13 Lite, for example) form the upper range, Redmi Note is the popular mid-range, and the Redmi C and A models are affordable everyday phones. POCO is Xiaomi’s second brand, and many POCO models are twins of a Redmi in the same body. Older models also carried Mi in the name (Mi 10, Mi 11 Lite). For a case, only one thing matters: the exact model, including every letter and number.

Similar names, different bodies

Xiaomi names are easy to mix up: the Redmi Note 12, Note 12S, Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ are four different phones with different camera bumps, buttons and dimensions. On top of that, one model often comes in 4G and 5G versions with different bodies, as with the Redmi Note 12, Note 13 Pro and Note 15 Pro. That is why every case title states which version it is made for; check this when you browse Redmi Note 12 cases too.

It also works the other way round: several models can share one body. The Redmi 12C, Redmi 11A and POCO C55 take the same case, and so do the Redmi Note 12 5G and POCO X5, so among POCO X5 cases you will find covers that fit both. The same goes for the Redmi 13C and POCO C65 or the Redmi 14C and POCO C75. In such cases all compatible models are listed in the case title, separated by a slash.

How to find your exact model

Open Settings → About phone: it shows the exact model name, and the same menu or the box tells you whether it is the 4G or 5G version. Then pick the model in the filter on the left or in the row of models above the products. The widest choice is for the Redmi C series and the Redmi Note line; a Redmi 12C case or cover, for example, comes in dozens of designs.

Which case to choose

• Back cover. A silicone or matte TPU case keeps the phone slim and does not slip out of your hand. Anti Shock and armor models with reinforced corners absorb impacts better when the phone is dropped.
• Clear case. Shows off the phone’s original colour. Thin TPU yellows over time, while models marked AntiUV stay clear longer.
• Wallet case. One of the most popular choices among Xiaomi and Redmi owners: the flap covers the screen, there is usually a card slot inside and the case doubles as a stand for watching videos. See all wallet and flip cases.

Cases for phones of other brands are collected under all phone cases. Delivery covers Tallinn and the rest of Estonia, to a parcel locker or by courier.

Frequently asked questions

Will a Redmi Note 12 case fit the Redmi Note 12 Pro? No. They are different phones with different dimensions and camera layouts. The same applies to the Note 12S and Note 12 Pro+.

Can I use a Redmi case on a POCO? Only if both models are listed in the case title, for example Redmi 12C / 11A / POCO C55. Otherwise choose a case made for your exact POCO model.

How do I know if my phone is 4G or 5G? Check Settings → About phone or the box. The 5G version usually has 5G in its model name as well.

Do you have screen protectors too? Yes, screen protectors have their own category. A case and a glass protector for the same model usually work well together.

How fast is delivery? A case in stock arrives in 1–2 working days: 2.99 € to a parcel locker, 7.99 € by courier. An unused case in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days.
