Yes, the bags are reusable and dishwasher-safe. After opening, a bag gets slightly shorter because the new seal is made next to the old one.
Caso allows the bags to be used for defrosting and heating up to 70 °C. Cooking at higher temperatures is not mentioned for these bags.
