Paired with your phone, the speaker and microphone let you make and answer calls from the watch, record voice notes and, according to the manufacturer, reply to messages with the phone's voice assistant. The watch has no mobile network of its own. It also counts steps and floors, tracks sleep quality and stress, and shows your calendar, weather forecasts and sun and moon information.
