The Dahua PFM3350-1500 is a line-interactive UPS rated at 1500 VA / 900 W with a pure sine wave output and four outlets. A 170–280 V input range and automatic voltage stabilisation protect a computer and network gear from both outages and mains fluctuations.

Description

Four outlets and a pure sine wave for a whole workstation

Four outlets let you put a computer, monitor, router and NAS behind one UPS. The pure sine wave mirrors normal mains voltage, so PSUs with active PFC run on battery without trouble, and the unit switches over in 4–8 ms when the power fails. Audible alarms warn about battery operation, low battery, overload, faults and when the battery needs replacing.

Who this UPS is for

Small offices or home offices with a more powerful computer, where several devices need to sit behind one UPS and 600 W would fall short. 900 W leaves headroom for a gaming PC or small server, and the two batteries recharge in 4 hours.

How long does it run during a power cut?

The manufacturer does not specify a runtime, because it depends on the load. The lower the load compared with 900 W, the longer the two 7 Ah batteries last.

How many devices can I connect?

There are four outlets, and total draw must stay below 900 W. Add up the computer, monitors and network gear and leave a little headroom.

What alarms does the UPS give?

It sounds an alarm when switching to battery, on low battery, overload and faults, and when the battery needs replacing. LEDs on the front show power and fault status.
