The Revopoint MetroY Ultra is an industrial-grade 3D scanner that combines a blue multi-line laser with structured light, reaching single-frame accuracy of up to 0.015 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.015 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m). It captures up to 90 frames and 3,000,000 points per second and keeps working under light of up to 100,000 lux. Five modes cover different tasks: 34 crossing lines for fast scanning, 15 parallel lines for detail, a single line for deep holes, full-field structured light and an automatic turntable mode.

Description

The CMM Edition adds a metrology-grade ball plate for one-click accuracy verification right at the workstation, plus a one-year Revo Measure license with PTB-certified algorithms for measurement, analysis and reporting. Wi-Fi 6 enables wireless scanning and mirroring the view to several devices at once.
